The authorities:

Territorial fire fighters unit, as an independent internal organizational unit in the City Administration performs activities of professional fire fighters units in accordance with law, participation in execution of preventive measurement from fire being functional, prompt and with an increased efficiency of fire fighters intervention, fire extinguishing and rescuing people and property from fire-endangered areas and disasters, execution of measurements of fire protection determined by the Plan of Fire Protection of the City and provision of technical support and help in accidents and danger and other tasks under the law.
