INVESTMENT OFFER OF PRIJEDOR MUNICIPALITY

 

Investment offer of Prijedor Municipality is aimed towards all the investors who are interested in investing and doing business in Prijedor.

 

Offer enables investments in specific sectors, private and public companies, Greenfield and Brownfield locations and other types of individual or joint investments, for example through PPP or other models of cooperation.

 

Support of the Info Center for investors in the investing process is seen in support before, during and after investment cycles and implies the following:


- Information on general situation on the market and the current conditions;

- Information on diverse laws and regulations related and  relevant for investors;

- Sources of financing;

- Assistance in finding suitable locations for Greenfield and Brownfield investments;

- Information on current offers of production capacities and the condition of infrastructure;

- Informing on the process of company registration;

- Company registration cost and structure cost of a business subject;

- Providing information from the area of public services;

- Assistance with the administration on Republic and State level;

- Insight into database that includes contacts of  local banks, insurance companies, lawyers, notaries, accounting agencies, real estate agencies etc.

- Information on existing foreign investors and their experiences;

- Reservation of adequate accommodation for potential investors;

- Tour to attractive business locations previously agreed with potential investors;

- Ensuring and arranging contacts with individuals and legal entities, organizations and institutions for potential investors;

After - investment service (aftercare).
